Client: Kamlesh Shah Project Details: Vadodara, 2010 Built up area: 650 Sqft Programme: Office Status: Completed
Designed for a real-estate developer and builder Mr.Kamlesh Shah, this office absolves his work style. Simply as he asked for a contemporary office space, we designed this office on an L-shaped plan. The core consideration was made by keeping all the services on one side and allowing the cabins to have the prime zones. This is so placed that natural light can seep into the work areas, which in turn increases the productivity of the users.
Monochromatic colour palette is adopted in the interior detailing, by using varying shades of black, dark brown and white.Black slate flooring is used throughout that gives a contemporary look and feel to the office. Muted tones of black and white to create plans are used on the glass partitions to befit the overall theme. Dark walnut polish complements the granite worktable tops skilfully done.
Lighting and hues are always most important in working environment and hence the use of selected lamps in seen here. Light being an integral part of any design, the intensity, reflections and glare is taken utmost care of. All these details together make the office look neat and spacious in its being.
